1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you connect third-party services (such as Google Ads), we store OAuth tokens necessary to access your billing data on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the PipeInvoice service: fetching invoices from your connected advertising platforms and forwarding them to your designated accountant email. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase with encryption at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. Invoices are stored in secure cloud storage and transmitted over HTTPS.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Google Ads API to retrieve billing invoices. We only request read-only access to billing data. We do not access, create, or modify your advertising campaigns, ads, or budgets.

5. Data Retention

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your settings page. Upon deletion, all stored tokens, invoices, and personal information are permanently removed.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
